Based on input from regulated entities, the department is proposing revisions to Chapters 62-761, F.A.C. and 62-762, F.A.C. for Underground Storage Tank Systems and Aboveground Storage Tank Systems, respectively. This workshop will be in three sections. 1. Presentation of the proposed revisions to Chapter 62-761, F.A.C., public comment, to be immediately followed by; 2. Presentation of the proposed revisions to Chapter 62-762, F.A.C.; 3. Presentation and discussion of the amendments to the financial responsibility requirements in Rules 62-761.420, F.A.C. and 62-762.421, F.A.C.
