The Florida Department of Environmental Protection announces a public hearing of the Governor and Cabinet, sitting as the Electrical Power Plant Siting Board, to consider and act upon the Administrative Law Judge’s Recommended Order concerning Florida Power & Light Company’s Petition for Modification of the Turkey Point Plant Units 3-5 Conditions of Certification No. PA 03-45E, DOAH Case No. 15-1559EPP, and DEP Office of General Counsel Case Number 14-0512, pursuant to the Florida Electrical Power Plant Siting Act, Sections 403.501-.518, Florida Statutes. The Cabinet Aides will meet on March 23, 2016 at 9:00am, in the same location to review and gather information regarding this item for consideration by the Siting Board.
