The Board of Funeral, Cemetery and Consumer Services hereby gives notice of the CANCELLATION of a public hearing on Rule 69K-1.005, F.A.C., scheduled to be held on Thursday, April 13, 2017. The hearing is being cancelled upon request of the party originally requesting the hearing. The proposed rule amendment was published in Vol. 42, No. 214, of the November 2, 2016 issue of the Florida Administrative Register (FAR), and the Notice of Public Hearing was published in Vol. 43, No. 11, of the January 18, 2017 issue of the FAR.
