Description: As provided for in Sections 2.5, 2.6, and 2.7 of this ITN which was published to the Vendor Bid System (VBS) on March 14, 2018. The VBS can be accessed at: http://www.myflorida.com/apps/vbs/vbs_www.main_menu. The purpose of the Solicitation Conference is to review the ITN with interested Vendors so that areas of misunderstanding or ambiguity are clarified. The Department encourages all prospective Vendors to participate in the solicitation conference, during which Vendors may pose questions.
