Final verified and delist lists of impaired waters for water bodies and water segments within the Tampa Bay Tributaries basin. The lists are available on the Department’s TMDL website (http://www.dep.state.fl.us/water/tmdl) and will be provided upon request to interested parties by mail or via e-mail distribution. The Department will accept written comments on the verified and delist lists for a period of 30 days, ending April 20, 2009.
