Financial Projects ID No: 427927-1-32-01, Efficient Transportation Decision Making (ETDM) No. 8127. This Hearing is also being held in accordance with Federal Executive Orders 11990 and 11988. The safety improvements, prepared by the Florida Department of Transportation, present the modification of the full median opening at SR 824 at SW 31st Avenue to a westbound signalized intersection.
