South Florida Water Management, et al., U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Miami Division, Case No. 98-6056-CIV-LENARD/KLEIN; and Friends of the Everglades v. South Florida Water Management District, U.S. District Court For the Southern District of Florida, Miami Division, Case No. 98-6057-CIV-LENARD/KLEIN. The subject matter shall be confined to the pending litigation.
