A Notice of Proposed Rule for Rule 19-8.013, F.A.C., Revenue Bonds Issued Pursuant to Section 215.555(6), F.S., Rule 19-8.029, F.A.C., Insurer Reporting Requirements and Rule 19-8.030, F.A.C., Insurer Responsibilities, was published on March 7, 2014, providing the public with 21 days from that date to request a rule hearing. If a rule hearing is timely requested, the Advisory Council will meet by conference call on March 31, 2014, to review comments made by the public at the rule hearing. In addition, other general business of the Council may be addressed.
