This hearing is being held to afford interested persons the opportunity to express their views concerning the location, conceptual design and social, economic and environmental effects of Financial Project ID Number 209168-7, otherwise known as SR 9A/SR 5 (Heckscher Drive) Interchange, Duval County, Florida. Currently, modifications are being proposed for the SR 9A/SR 5 Interchange. These modifications will provide direct access to New Berlin Road from southbound SR 9A and direct access from New Berlin Road to northbound SR 9A. Limited access right of way will be required for the proposed modifications. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability or family status.
