Annual Meeting of the Members: To approve Annual Meeting minutes of April 29, 2014; receive Association's Annual Report; elect Member Company members and consider any other matters that may come before the Members. Board of Governor's Meeting: To receive reports of the General Manager, Committees and General Counsel; to consider and take actions based on those reports and consider any other matters that may come before the Board.
