Annual Meeting of the Members: To approve Annual Meeting Minutes of April 18, 2017, receive Association's Annual Report and any other matters that may come before the Members. Board of Governors Meeting: To receive reports of the General Manager, Committees and General Counsel; to consider and take actions based on those reports and consider any other matters that may come before the Board.
