Governing Board to discuss and consider District business, including regulatory and non-regulatory matters and may include an amendment to the District's Fiscal Year 2007 budget to revise revenues and expenditures. Governing Board action may be taken at the Governing Board Strategic Planning Retreat, Workshop or Meeting. All or part of these meetings may be conducted as a teleconference in order to permit maximum participation by Governing Board members. If Workshop items are not discussed on 4/11, the items may be discussed on 4/12.
