The Upper Ocklawaha River Basin TMDL Working Group was formed to provide a forum for stakeholders to discuss issues related to the Upper Ocklawaha River Basin TMDLs, including development, allocation, and implementation of the TMDLs through a Basin Management Action Plan (BMAP). The Upper Ocklawaha River BMAP was adopted in 2007. The focus of the meeting will be presentations on local efforts underway to achieve the TMDLs in the basin, including a discussion of the BMAP monitoring plan and presentations on funding sources for water quality improvement projects.
