Additional rule development workshop to amend Rules 40E-2.091, 40E-20.091, 40E-10.011, 40E-10.021, 40E-10.031 and new rule 40E-10.051, F.A.C., to establish a water reservation for the portions of the Kissimmee River (upstream of S-65E), Floodplain and Upper Chain of Lakes, in volumes, locations and seasons of the year as is necessary for the protection of fish and wildlife. The purpose of this workshop is to discuss the technical evaluation which identifies the water needed for the protection of fish and wildlife.
