DOCKET NO. 070703-EI – Review of coal costs for Progress Energy Florida’s Crystal River Units 4 and 5 for 2006 and 2007. The purpose of this hearing shall be to receive testimony and exhibits and to take final action relative to the Commission's review of coal costs for Progress Energy Florida, Inc.’s Crystal River Units 4 and 5 for the years 2006 and 2007 and to take action on any motions or other matters that may be pending at the time of the hearing. At the hearing, all parties shall be given the opportunity to present testimony and other evidence on the issues identified by the parties at the prehearing conference held on March 24, 2009. All witnesses shall be subject to cross-examination at the conclusion of their testimony.
