Review of mobile home owner applications for compensation for relocation and/or abandonment due to change in land use, and such other business as may come before the board. A schedule for the next meeting will be determined. At the conclusion of its general business, the board will discuss possible changes to existing Rules 61M-1.001, 61M-1.002 and 61M-1.003, and Forms 1001, 1002, 1003, 1004, 1005, 1006, 1007, 1008, 1009 and 1010. The board will also consider possible new Rules relating to late fees, determination of mobile home park status, rental agreement status, timeframes to apply for assistance and a grievance procedure.
