This is a meeting of the Advisory Council to the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund. This meeting will be held only if it is determined to be necessary during the meeting on March 20, 2007. The purpose will be to obtain approval to file Rule 19-8.028, F.A.C. (Reimbursement Premium Formula) for Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, to discuss the 2007 Ratemaking Formula Report to the State Board of Administration and the Premium Rates Report. In addition, other general business of the Council may be addressed.
