Case management policy is in the Home and Community-Based Services Coverage and Limitations Handbooks, which are incorporated by reference in Rule Chapter 59G-13, F.A.C. Case Management policy is also in the general Home and Community-Based Services Waivers Rule, 59G-13.080, F.A.C. Case management is defined in the general Medicaid Definitions Rule, 59G-1.010, F.A.C. Mental Health Targeted Case Management is in Rule 59G-4.199, F.A.C. The effect will be to repeal Rule 59G-6.050, F.A.C.
