Summary


Subsections 60H-1.003(3), 60H-1.017(2), and 60H-1.022(2), F.A.C., are being amended to remove the 10 day passive approval provisions contained therein so as to require active approvals by the Department of Management Services prior to the leasing of space. Also subsection 60H-1.015(1), F.A.C., is being amended to provide for approval by the Department of Management Services of lease extensions for leases 5,000 square feet or more, if such extensions are determined to be in the best interest of the state.
