The Trustees of the State Board of Administration of Florida will consider proposed amendments to the following rule and will be asked for permission to file a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for the following rule, and to file this rule, along with the incorporated document, for adoption if no member of the public timely requests a rule hearing: Rule 19-14.001, F.A.C., Policy Statement, which will be amended to adopt the most recent version of the Policy Statement on Support of Certain Non-FRS Defined Contribution Programs, approved by the Trustees on May 11, 2004.
