To present the Department’s recommendations and to receive public comment on the intended use of the Fiscal Year 2009 Federal Safe Drinking Water Act appropriations and State matching funds. Funds will be used to finance drinking water construction projects through the State Revolving Fund (SRF) program rules, Chapter 62-552, F.A.C. Only projects that are currently on the contingency list will be funded. Workshop topics will include project eligibility, project prioritization, types of assistance available, objectives of the program, program requirements, use of set-aside funds, and the proposed project list.
