The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is to incorporate changes to the Florida Title XIX County Health Department Reimbursement Plan in accordance with Senate Bill 2-A, 2008-09 Special Appropriations Act, Specific Appropriation 114. Effective March 1, 2009, the Agency for Health Care Administration shall implement a recurring methodology in the Title XIX County Health Department Reimbursement Plan to reduce individual County Health Department rates proportionately until the required savings is achieved.
