This meeting of the Numeric Nutrient Criteria Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) will continue discussion of numeric nutrient criteria for streams, lakes, and springs, and will include discussion on EPA’s Determination (concluding that numeric nutrient criteria are needed in Florida), Florida’s Nutrient Criteria Development Plan, and preliminary criteria for streams, lakes, and springs. The TAC was formed to aid the Department in the establishment of numeric nutrient criteria for surface waters under Chapters 62-302 and 62-303, Florida Administrative Code.
