This hearing is being held to afford interested persons an opportunity to express their views concerning the location, conceptual design, social, economic, and environmental effects of Financial Project ID Numbers: 419950-1-22-01 and 419950-2-22-01, otherwise known as the S.R. 82 Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study in Lee, Hendry and Collier Counties, Florida. The project involves the widening of S.R. 82 from Lee Boulevard (C.R. 884) to S.R. 29, a distance of about 23 miles. This project is being developed in compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related statutes. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability or family status.
