The proposed rule development involves amendments to Chapter 62-214, F.A.C., related to implementation of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s permitting requirements for Title V sources that are subject to the Federal Acid Rain Program or elect to “opt in” to the Federal Acid Rain Program.
