The purpose of this rule 59G-4.015 is to incorporate by reference the revised Florida Medicaid Ambulance Transportation Services Coverage and Limitations Handbook, February 2006. The effect of promulgating rule 59G-4.015 will be to incorporate the revised Florida Medicaid Ambulance Transportation Services Coverage and Limitations Handbook, February 2006, into rule. The purpose of the rule amendment to 59G-4.330 is to delete the references to ambulance services from rule 59G-4.330, Transportation Services. The effect of the rule amendment to 59G-4.330 will be to delete references to ambulance transportation services from the rule.
