The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) will have a special meeting at 9:00 a.m. EDT Thursday, May 14, to review and discuss substantive and procedural issues associated with the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and to take action on proposed rules and policy issues. In additional to other rules on the agenda coming to the Commission as draft, the meeting will also serve as a hearing for recent Notice of Proposed Rules posted in the Florida Administrative Register. The Notice of Proposed rule, 68A-25.032 Regulations Governing the Establishment of Alligator Management Programs, posted under Volume 46, Number 39 dated February 26, 2020 on the Florida Administrative Register. The Notice of Proposed rule, 68B-14.009 Reporting Requirement, posted under Volume 46, Number 64 dated April 1, 2020 on the Florida Administrative Register. This meeting is being held solely by communications media technology, specifically using adobe connect with a telephone conference line for accepting public comment during the meeting.
