The purpose of this hearing is to permit parties to present testimony and exhibits relative to Bright House Networks Information Services (Florida), LLC’s petition for arbitration of certain terms and conditions of an interconnection agreement with Verizon Florida, LLC, and for such other purposes as the Commission may deem appropriate. All witnesses shall be subject to cross-examination at the conclusion of their testimony on the issues identified by the parties at the prehearing conference held on Thursday, May 13, 2010.
