The proposed Rule 64B15-14.0051, F.A.C., sets forth standards for physicians practicing in pain management clinics pursuant to Section 459.005, F.S. Specifically, the rule addresses facility operations, physical operations, infection control requirements, health and safety requirements, quality assurance requirements, patient records, training requirements, and data collection. The proposed Rule 64B15-14.0052, F.A.C., sets forth the requirements necessary to register a pain management clinic; the requirements for inspection of pain management clinics; and provisions for pain clinics accredited by nationally recognized accrediting agencies.
