This is not a rule development workshop, but rather a multi-day public meeting at which participation and the exchange of ideas and information is encouraged. This public meeting will assist the Department in understanding and resolving several issues related to the draft rules on the local value adjustment board process. These issues will be identified on the agenda for this multi-day meeting. Persons who are unable to attend or participate in this multi-day public meeting are encouraged to submit written comments and suggestions concerning the issues identified on the agenda that will be posted on May 1.
