State Road 405/Columbia Boulevard Strategic Intermodal System (SIS) Connector Intersection Design Project Financial Management Nos.: 436122-1-32-01, 436122-1-32-02, 436122-1-32-03 Project Description: The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) invites all persons to a public hearing regarding the design of proposed intersection improvements on State Road (S.R.) 405/Columbia Boulevard at S.R. 50/Cheney Highway, Barna Avenue and Grissom Parkway in Titusville, Brevard County. The department is designing this project to improve traffic operations by adding and extending turn lanes. The project also includes drainage, access management and traffic signal improvements. The project is funded for construction in Fiscal Year 2020, and no additional right of way will be required. Public participation is sought without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability or family status.
