NOTICE OF CANCELLATION On April 18, 2008, the St. Johns River Water Management District published a Notice of Proposed Rule Development in the Florida Administrative Weekly, Volume 34, Number 16, to amend Rule 40C-2.042, F.A.C., and the Applicant’s Handbook: Consumptive Uses of Water, regarding Water Conservation/Landscape Irrigation. The District hereby withdraws this notice and has cancelled the scheduled public workshops. The District will publish a revised Notice of Proposed Rule Development along with a new schedule of public workshops in the near future.
