Committee Meetings: Purpose – may reconvene to conduct unfinished business if necessary. Board of Directors Meeting: Purpose – • Regular quarterly business meeting; • Committee reports and presentation of motions to the Board of Directors; • Annual election of Board Officers and Committee Chairpersons; • Appointment and confirmation of Committee members. Lunch provided at the call center for meeting participants and Sunshine 811 employees beginning at 12:00 noon.
