Replace the reference to the Florida Counseling for Future Education Handbook with a reference to the more accurate Florida Board of Governors Regulations 6.002. Update section titles of the new Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT). Incorporate newly created Form RSOR-01, Religious or Service Obligation Reporting Form, for students engaged in religious or federal government service obligations.
