Pursuant to S. 440.13(12)(a), F.S., the Three-Member Panel is required to annually adopt schedules of maximum reimbursement allowances for physicians, hospital inpatient care, hospital outpatient care, ambulatory surgical centers, work-hardening programs, and pain programs. Specifically, the Three-Member Panel will consider: *Health Care Provider Reimbursement Manual, 2016 Edition (Rule 69L-7.020, F.A.C.) – Adoption of the 2016 Edition of the Health Care Provider Reimbursement Manual *Ambulatory Surgical Center Reimbursement Manual, 2016 Edition (Rule 69L-7.100, F.A.C.) – Adoption of the 2016 Edition of the Ambulatory Surgical Center Reimbursement Manual *Hospital Reimbursement Manual, 2016 Edition (Rule 69L-7.501, F.A.C.) – Adoption of the 2016 Edition of the Hospital Reimbursement Manual. *The Division's Annual Report on Reimbursement Disputes and Overutilization for 2015, conducted pursuant to s. 440.13(8), F.S.
