There will be two committee meetings prior to the regular Board meeting. The following is a list of these committee meetings, and the matter to be discussed. 8:00 a.m. Endowment and Investment Committee Meeting - all matter will pertain to FSDB's Endowment and Investments. 9:00 a.m. Audit Committee Meeting - all matter will pertain to the FSDB Audit of which the committee will confer with the auditors. 10:00 a.m. - Regular meeting of the Board, and all matters pertains to the day-to-day operations of the School.
