This repeal is necessary because the rulemaking authority is neither current nor correct and the law implemented is neither current nor correct. This rule contains outdated terms and provisions that are no longer required or useful. Numerous statutory provisions exist authorizing the operation and administration of adult general education programs in school districts and Florida College System institutions.
