Speakers are requested to complete a public comment form, which is available from the Commission and to indicate whether they represent a group or faction. The Commission will hear public comment only regarding issues on the agenda. Individuals and representatives of groups will generally be allotted three minutes, but the time may be extended or shortened at the discretion of the chair.
