These revisions will modify existing rules to add and delete definitions; delete references to an outdated form which has been updated and incorporated in rule; delete requirements that are duplicative; and add references to align with our uniform licensing statute and rule. The Agency has determined these revisions will not adversely impact small business or likely increase directly or indirectly regulatory costs in excess of $200,000 in the aggregate within one year after the implementation of the rule. Agency review of the proposed revisions determined deleting outdated references and duplicative requirements will reduce confusion and enhance compliance activity for regulated entities. A SERC has not been prepared by the agency. Any person who wishes to provide information regarding a statement of estimated regulatory costs, or provide a proposal for a lower cost regulatory alternative must do so in writing within 21 days of this notice. Based on that Agency review, the Agency has determined the proposed rule is not expected to require legislative ratification.
