The focus of this workshop is to discuss proposed changes to Rule 68A-6.022, Florida Administrative Code, pertaining to Disaster and Critical Incident Plans, and Rule 68A-6.003, Florida Administrative Code, pertaining to requirements for new applicants requesting authorization to possess Class I or Class II wildlife. The issues include, but are not limited to: requiring applicants to meet local building codes and zoning requirements for the construction of the facility and notification by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to the counties and municipalities of an application for a new authorization to possess Class I or Class II Wildlife.
