Governing Board Meeting – to consider District business. There will also be an opportunity for public input on the intention to amend the District’s fiscal year (FY) 2012 budget as follows: Adjust carryover and fund balances based on the September 30, 2011 audited financial statements; reallocate budget authority from the Management and Administration program to the other program areas to more accurately reflect the full cost of projects and services; and increase the Information Technology contractual services budget by $50,000 to make changes to the e-permitting systems due to legislation passed during the 2012 Legislative Session. This amendment will not impact the District millage or ad valorem property taxes.
