Additional rule development workshop to adopt new Rules 40E-2.091, 40E-20.091, 40E-10.011, 40E-10.021, 40E-10.031 and 40E-10.051, F.A.C., to establish a water reservation for the portions of the Kissimmee River (upstream of S-65E), Floodplain and Upper Chain of Lakes, in volumes, locations and seasons of the year as is necessary for the protection of fish and wildlife.
