The workshop will be held to solicit comments and suggestions from interested persons relative to the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and State Apartment Incentive Loan (SAIL) program Request for Applications (RFA) issued in 2014, and the RFA process in general. Florida Housing hopes to encourage a good discussion about what’s working, what’s not working, and what can be improved. Additionally, staff will also outline the tentative 2015/2016 RFA funding amounts and time line, and will proffer conceptual changes that the Corporation is considering for future LIHTC and SAIL RFAs for further discussion.
