The purpose of this rule development proceeding is to seek public comments and proposals to develop the 2013 edition of the Florida Fire Prevention Code. Pursuant to Section 633.0215, F.S., the State Fire Marshal is directed to adopt a new edition of the Florida Fire Prevention Code every third year. The new code is scheduled to be adopted by rule during the upcoming two years pursuant to Section 633.0215(2), F.S. Dates, times and locations for workshops that will be held throughout the State will be announced in future editions of the Florida Administrative Register.
