The Department of Financial Services, Division of Workers' Compensation, announces a meeting of the workers' compensation Three-Member Panel to which all interested persons are invited to attend. The purpose of this meeting is the revisions to Sections VIII. B., VIII. E., IX. A., IX. D., IX. E., and X. B. of the proposed Workers’ Compensation Reimbursement Manual for Hospitals, 2006 Edition. Please note, that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the three-member panel with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing, the person will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purposes may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. The Department intends to have a court reporter present to record the meeting.
