The Hearing is being held to allow interested persons the opportunity to provide comments concerning the recommended “Build” Alternative for the project. The project proposes improving SR 52 from two to six lanes between the Suncoast Parkway and I-75. The Public Hearing is being conducted pursuant to Chapter 339, Florida Statutes, 23 CFR 771, 23 U.S.C. 128, Chapter 120, Florida Statutes and Title VI and Title VIII of the United States Civil Rights Acts of 1964 and 1968.
