The subject area to be addressed concerns items included in the retaliatory tax computation. This is a rule development workshop at which participation and information regarding the retaliatory tax computation is encouraged. Persons are encouraged to participate in the rule development workshop and to submit written comments for the following issue: • Items to be included or excluded in the Florida Retaliatory Tax computation, and what impact, if any, the payment by or the reimbursement from an insurer's agent (Florida or state of domicile) has on the inclusion or exclusion of that item from the computation.
