The Bay County Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) meeting will be held on Wed., May 27, 2020 at 3:30 p.m. The Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC) will meet at 1:30 p.m. and the Technical Coordinating Committee (TCC) will meet at 11 a.m. on the same day. In response to the Governors Executive Order 20-69, these meetings will be held VIRTUALLY. To limit the potential spread of COVID-19, members of the public wishing to attend or participate in the meeting may only do so via video live stream or telephone. Please join the Bay County TPO, TCC and CAC meetings via phone using the phone number and access code below: United States: +1 (224) 501-3412 Access Code: 546-280-077 The TPO will consider: • Reaffirming the Intergovernmental Coordination and Review and Public Transportation Coordination Joint Participation Agreement • Approving entering an Interlocal Agreement with the Emerald Coast Regional Council (ECRC), the Florida-Alabama TPO, the Okaloosa-Walton TPO, Washington County, and Holmes County designating the ECRC Board as the Designated Regional Transportation Area to serve the regional needs of Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton, Bay, Washington, and Holmes Counties • Adopting the Bay County TPO 2045 Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) Evaluation Criteria and Financial Resources • Authorizing Emergency Approvals Under a Declared County, State or Federal State of Emergency to Ensure Compliance with State and Federal Requirements for Metropolitan Planning Organizations; Repealing all Resolutions in Conflict; Providing an Effective Date • Deolbilgation of UPWP funds • Election of TPO, TCC, and CAC Chairperson for FY 2021 (July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021) A full agenda, to include consent items for approval, can be viewed at www.ecrc.org/BayTPOMeetings.
