(A) Review and Consideration of all matters relating to the application of the Saint Thomas University to the Authority to approve certain modifications to the Authority’s outstanding Revenue Bonds, Series 2009 (St. Thomas University Project), as previously amended, which bonds are outstanding in the principal amount of $29,005,000, including the consideration of a resolution to authorize the execution of a supplemental indenture with respect thereto and all other actions necessary in connection with such modification. (B) Any other matters that may come before the Authority.
