To obtain the recommendation of the Advisory Council for the filing of a Notice of Proposed Rule for Rules 19-8.010, F.A.C., Reimbursement Contract, 19-8.028, F.A.C., Reimbursement Premium Formula, and 19-8.029, F.A.C., Insurer Reporting Requirements and Responsibilities, and for the filing of these rules for adoption if no member of the public timely requests a rule hearing or if a rule hearing is requested but no Notice of Change is needed. In addition, other general business of the Council may be addressed.
